This symposium will offer continuing education (CEUs for pharmacists, nurses, etc.) and continuing medical education (CME) without charge to attendees. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the Association of Black Cardiologists, Inc. and the Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy. The Association of Black Cardiologists, Inc. (ABC) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Participants must complete an evaluation form at the conclusion of each session to receive a Statement of Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit.
